I have a user that suddenly come in and say her Mac cannot log her in anymore.
The password is asked right away when mac is booted up, so it is filevault that is enabled.
User have not done anything, so we try starting up to recover filevault.
User enter appleid and password and recieve authentication and log in successfully.
The filevault ask to create new password, and user enter a new password, and then the following error occour
Reset password failed. Authentication server refused operation because the current credentials are not authorized for the requested operation
