We are having an issue where Focus is not removing part of the Focus Profile. The pattern seems to be:
- Teacher Focuses students into a website
- Casper applies 2 profiles, one for Safari App Lock and the other for website restriction
- Teacher Removes Focus on the website
- Casper removes the Safari App Lock but the website restriction remains
This is inconsistent. Generally the fix is to Focus a student into a different website and then remove Focus. The second time both Profiles are removed.
