Folder Cache Redirection using Configuration Profiles?

We'll be upgrading our environment to OS X 10.8 Mountain Lion this summer, but we'll need to make sure that we have folder cache redirection policies for our Adobe CS6 users (most of the campus).

Does anyone know how to use configuration profiles to accomplish this?

I also am looking for this information- setting up folder cache redirection for Lion/Mountain Lion by using a configuration profile.
