Hi all, I have a bit of an odd question. We use Jamf to manage over 2,000 iPads and have had great success, and are now trying to make the case for purchasing Jamf Mac management. The only way we're going to be able to convince our leadership to move forward with this is if we can show the flaws in the current status of our environment from a cybersecurity standpoint.
We would love to email out some utility / script for users to run on their machines to gather inventory data (primarily macOS versions, application versions, and encryption / FileVault Status) and send that data back to us. Does such a thing exist?
Thanks!

I mean, isn't this very situation convincing for leadership? aka "we literally have no way of finding out any of this info except to ask people to run this and report back to us"
