Getting Casper Remote to work without client listening on 5900

My understanding of Casper Remote is that it affords you the ability to tunnel Screen Sharing / ARD over SSH and thus not have the client listen on port 5900.

Thus far, I'm unable to get this set up. When I use Casper Remote, upon it's launching of the Screen Sharing app (after successfully connecting via SSH), I get a dialog "unable to connect to 127.0.0.1:5901." So clearly it's trying to create the SSH tunnel and it's not working. It works though if i turn Screen Sharing or Remote Management on on the client. However, when I do this, the client is listening on port 5900 and not just 22 for SSH.

Any suggestions here? Is there a step I'm missing that's in documentation? Thank you.
