I have a configuration profile setup that sets the default search provider to https://www.google.com/#q={searchTerms} I have also tried https://www.google.com/#q={searchTerms} <https://www.google.com/#q={searchTerms}> and https://encrypted.google.com/search?q=%s . All of these allow me to search on the Google page but when I try to search in the address bar it just redirects me to the main Google page. This used to work. I'm not sure if it was after Chrome 88 update or not. I have a person that manages Windows that says he is seeing the same on his end.
