Google Chrome first Tabs / Sites, also Safari

Hey Guys,
i try to add a few websites as tabs for first start with google chrome.
also, i want to disable the notification about "will u use google chrome as default browser".
otherwise google chrome should show a start homepage at every launch.

the same things will be great for safari...

I test this for chriome, but it doesnt work. no idea, why, it is in the userlibrary/preferences; but nothing

Unsure on the code but is this for first deployment or you want these settings locked? The recommended way is to build Google Chrome as a .DMG using a composer snapshot and then push via policy and that would definitely do both those things.
