Google Chrome will start blocking Flash by default (target date: Q4 2016)

Well they want to enable Flash still for 10 of the most used Websites (whitelist them) & prompt Users for other Websites that require Flash.

Although, I thought that YouTube & Facebook already support HTML5 and Flash is not a necessity to run them?!

So why would I want to whitelist them - with YouTube being a Sister Company to Mother Alphabet, Chrome should request HTML5 from YouTube and only switch Flash on, when it is absolutely necessary (e.g. old Flash based Content.)
