We are using the Google LDAP to enroll students into new iPads (open enrollment). Basically to populate the user fields in JAMF. I'd say 90% of them log in properly but the remaining are failing, saying credentials are wrong. Normally I would say it is user error but I have seen it first hand, even reset passwords on the google end and tried different ipads, with no luck. With these users I can log in normally to their accounts; email, drive, etc. but it isnt working on the log in screen after enrollment. There is a work around where we just log them in with a generic user then update the back end with correct info, but looking to avoid this. Is anyone else having this issue?

We have LDAP setup and it works fine with teachers doing enrollment. Our kids are not in AD, but they all have google accounts. We getting reading to do a rollout of 900 iPads. Just trying to see if Google LDAP will help me any.
