We are trying to update people from version 1 to 2, and also 2.x.x to a newer version and can't seem to get it working. Any tips would be very gratefully received.
A little more detail of this, the problem appears to be that although we are specifically installing GPGMail along with Tools it is not actually changing any mail files at all :(
