help with office 365 automated authentication process

Hi Everyone , first of all , thank you so much for the support you guys have shown a newbie. you guys ROCK and anyone who is in bay area and is here Beer is on me.
Now the fun part begins, our office have office 365 , i have the client downloaded and packaged to install, the next part comes is the authentication and licensing with the users credentials, is there anyway we can automate that process so that the customer has not to do anything.
