How do I allow specific application access to System Keychain ACL?

Hi everyone!
I use the JAMF ADCS connector to enroll for certificates, the CP in JAMF provides the option for “Allow all applications to access this item” but NOT for choosing a specific app.
How do I allow specific application access to System Keychain ACL? (Want to allow Chrome to use a specific certificate for mTLS auth).

I worked with AppleCare on this and couldn't find a good way, so I submitted it to them as something to look at, so far nothing
