How do I watch a folder to see which users have copied files into the folder and email a list out?

Hi!

I am posting my first post and I can't figure this out for the life of me.

The basic thing is I have a folder that I am watching on the server with 100+ people and I am trying to figure out how to accomplish the following.

• Watch a Folder -See who copies and modifies files from the watch folder

• export to a list and than email a list of said files to different people

• messed with watchdog / fswatch and couldn't figure it out! Thank you for any assistance.
