We're running 11.0.1 on-prem. Since we have a pretty large instance, there are a number of in-flight updates:
I did click that yesterday. It timed out. However, if I look at the front-end server that processed the request, it's still running one day later. In the log, I can see that it's still attempting to clean up commands. Is this normal? How long did it take you guys to enable it? And approx how many in-flight updates did you cancel?
There is a known product issue where you may be unable to turn on the new software update functionality in an on-prem instance with a large amount of in-flight updates. Talk to support about PI-112264.
