The MDM profile that you see signifies that it is indeed enrolled into a Mobile Device Management (MDM) tool. Since the iPad belongs to the school and is enrolled in an MDM, they are able to control certain aspects of the device. It will not be possible to erase the device or remove that profile. If it needs to be removed for some reason, the school will need to perform that action.
I've read through a few of your posts and I'd like to reiterate that these forums are designed for administrators of these devices, not so much for their users. If you would like anything changed, your best course of action will be to contact your school. These forums will be of very little help to you.
