How to stop OS X prompting "Sign in to Apple Store"

Dear Forum Members,
I am running a 10.9.5 as my base image for most iMacs in the fleet and they are all bound to AD. Every time when a new user logs on to an iMac, the App Store keeps prompting for login. It is very annoying and pointless for our environment since the Mac App Store is blocked anyway in the iMac Lab VLAN.
Is there anyway I can stop the OS X to prompt and apply this fix to all the iMacs?
Thanks.

@wangl2 I recently looked into this. I found this

I'm currently running 10.11.2 and use a similar script which seems to work.

Just seen this post too
