Hi everyone,
I currently manage iPads for remote patient monitoring. One of the clinicians gave an iPad to a patient and accidentally had that patient sign into their iCloud account. Unfortunately, that has now made the device unmanaged. Does anyone know of a work around to this or is there one?
Current plan is to contact the patient to see if they would feel comfortable giving us their iCloud password but otherwise, we will have to locate the receipt of purchase and call Apple. This particular client is also out of state.
Any insight would be great!

Nope. You can try and generate an Activation Lock bypass code from the JSS but that hasn't been reliable for a lot of people. Might just need to contact Apple and have them remove the lock.
