I'm testing 8.31 and plan to upgrade our production JSS to this version in a week or so. I've been playing around with Self Service URL plug-ins and I'm having a problem getting the icons to show. The plug in name, "IC Help Desk" for example, shows up and is indented like the Self Service entry, but the icon just doesn't show. I've tried PNG, JPG and GIF (gasp) files. Do these things have to be a specific size/dimension in order to appear?
