In House App Distribution with Casper??

We designed a small iPad app in Flash and exported it as a .ipa file and then imported that file into casper. I can get it to show in self service but I keep getting "Unable to Download" errors when installing it.. Im guessing its a provisioning issue. Does anyone have any knowledge of this process or links that could point me in the right directions?

Have you tried setting it up as an in-house app, and upload the .ipa file to a file share server?

I can post details about this, if you need more information on the process.
