Inaccurate Device Total in Advanced Mobile Device Search

Good morning Nation,

I started doing some "spring cleaning" of our Jamf Pro Cloud instance and I've been noticing that some reports are off 1 to 2 devices. Specifically, I see this when I log in and the Unmanaged Devices count on the left pane will display one number, and the Device Search shows a matching number, but no records. Is this a possible caching issue or something else? I've included two snips of what I am seeing. Thanks for any input!

I've had VM's get enrolled in Jamf and show up under mobile devices. Very annoying, but they're VM's so weirdness is expected.

I guess I’m not completely surprised by that, but these are iPads. It’s like the system is giving a false positive on the counts.
