Incorrect Username/Password Entered for this Computer when using Casper Remote

We finally purchased the full Casper Suite for our macs but I'm having issues connecting to some via Casper Remote. Before the purchase was finalized, we used a JAMF demo server and used Recon on a few machines for evaluation purposes. I reinstalled the quick add to those machines to point at our internal server and that installs fine, the computer is visible in the JSS, etc. When trying to connect to the machine via Casper Remote (either VNC or installing a package), it fails with the message 'Invalid Username/Password Entered for this Computer'. If I change the management account in the JSS to the local admin account, it works fine. I've tried deleting the original management account, deleting the machines from the JSS and running the command /usr/sbin/jamf removeFramework via ARD and re-installing the Quick Add but no luck. I'd like all machines to use the same hidden account for management if possible.
