Intune enrolment problems

Hi,

There are few problems what we see with Intune: Mac being compliant according to Intune and the enrolment is done, but still OneDrive/mail does not work or stops working after few days with no obvious reason.
Macs that are reinstalled are not able to enroll to Intune again, for the object is already in Intune and I cannot remove it from Intune since it is managed by Jamf (I have admin rights for Intune and in normal situations I can remove devices from Intune)

Has anyone else experiencing problems with Intune?

Yes, I have the same issue. I have two tickets opened with MS support.

Tickets opened with MS Support? What kind of tickets?
What has MS said to you?
I have made a ticket also to MS, but they said that this is something Jamf would need to fix and there is nothing MS can do about this.

Microsoft came back with this to try. It worked on one machine and failed on another.

  1. On the Mac, launch Terminal Services
  2. Type in "sudo jamf removemdmprofile"
  3. Type in "sudo jamf removeFramework"
  4. In the Jamf Pro server: delete the machine’s inventory record
  5. Delete Device from AzureAD
  6. Uninstall Company Portal App from Mac
  7. Delete these files on the machine if they exist:
  8. /Library/Application Support/com.microsoft.CompanyPortal.usercontext.info
  9. /Library/Application Support/com.microsoft.CompanyPortal
  10. /Library/Application Support/com.jamfsoftware.selfservice.mac
  11. /Library/Saved Application State/com.jamfsoftware.selfservice.mac.savedState
  12. /Library/Saved Application State/com.microsoft.CompanyPortal.savedState
  13. /Library/Preferences/com.microsoft.CompanyPortal.plist
  14. /Library/Preferences/com.jamfsoftware.selfservice.mac.plist
  15. /Library/Preferences/com.jamfsoftware.management.jamfAAD.plist
  16. /Users/<username>/Library/Cookies/com.microsoft.CompanyPortal.binarycookies
  17. /Users/<username>/Library/Cookes/com.jamf.management.jamfAAD.binarycookies
  18. Remove anything from the keychain on the machine that references Microsoft, Intune, or Company Portal Including DeviceLogin.microsoft.com Certificates 9.Remove Jamf references except for Jamf public and Private key Removing the public and private key will break enrollment and will be severed from Jamf Reboot Mac Reenroll computer in Jamf
