Inventory update issue and Yosemite upgrade

Hello,
After client mac is upgraded with Yosemite, and OS X 10.10. update is installed, JSS ver. 9.63 still shows inventory info as OS X 10.9.5. Running "Update Inventory" policy does not update OS X version info. I have to manually re-enroll client mac via Recon to get the inventory info updated. Wonder if anybody is experiencing similar issue. Thanks,

Additional info. After 10.10.1 update installed inventory still shows that client's mac has 10.10

Experiencing exact same issue on 9.62 currently. Force checking in from terminal does seem to resolve in most if not all cases but it is not resolving during a normal check in. This is happening for 10.10.1 and 10.10.2 machines.

Going to update to 9.65 and report back

UPDATE: issue persists on 9.65
