Howdy,

Is it possible to update an iOS app to a specific version and scope it to a smart group without updating the entire population?

Scenario:
Most of our conference room iPads are running Zoom Rooms version 4.6.0.
For testing purposes, I want a smartgroup in our population to update to 4.6.2, before pushing this out to the entire fleet.

Not sure if this exists in newer versions of Jamf.

You could create another instance of the App and scope to your test group.

Turn off app auto update globally, and update to the current version for the app instance assigned to your test group.

Ideally you would have a testing environment separate from production. Devices enrolled there and apps there too.
