Not sure why but my iOS profiles are all getting stuck at Pending. I can enroll the phone but then the Self Service and iOS configuration profile just sit at pending. I also have a Web Clip based on an iBeacon region that is doing the same thing.
The JSS can telnet into the Apple APN.
If I send a blank push I get the following error.
"There was a problem communicating with a push server"
