So, how do I add my Apple ID to my company's developer in-house ID? I need to be able to log in to set up our APN for our iPads we are pushing out and I already have an account with Apple so I cannot reuse my email address.
Man, this is looking to be a huge pain. Why can Apple never be enterprise minded, even in their developer program? Shouldn't I be able to log in under my existing Apple ID and add my company's in-house developer ID?

You will have to request access from whoever set up your Enterprise Dev account.

I don't think anyone set anything up with an account just yet, just paid for it via a PO. I emailed their support to figure it out. Waiting on a response.

Ok, it takes up to 24-48 hours for the order to go through. You will receive an email to configure everything. I used my existing AppleID when I set it up, so you should be fine.
If you have any questions about getting the APN up, I just recently got it up and running on a test server. Just make sure to follow JAMFs directions exactly from their MDM document.
Thanks

It took us about 3.5 weeks to get it all set up. You’ll need to use a separate AppleID for your work developer account through the enterprise agreement. I already have an AppleID for the Mac Dev and iOS before we ever went down this road and was told by Apple support an AppleID can’t mingle with an enterprise account and a single user account of anything else (after beating my head against the wall for a while). Whatever the ‘main’ account is, they invite others to the account. Again, AppleID’s can’t mix in and out of the Enterprise account though. I just used an alias of my e-mail address to create the other account, using a dot instead of an underscore in my address...
The process should be getting streamlined, but for us, it took me a couple calls to keep it moving. Not sure how you did a PO, in December a credit card (purchase card) was the only way they’d do it as you have to go through all of the authentications first by getting your DUN and Bradstreet number to them and we had to have legal council look over the agreement first. Many steps before actually being able to buy it through the apple store. Might want to double-check the steps to make sure it’s moving forward. Ours got hung up a couple times with me needing to call to get it moving again.

Not sure how we got ours set up so fast but apparently our Apple reps
jumped through flaming hoops over shark tanks to make it happen. I was
able to get in, had my boss grant me access via an invite to our
developer team account. Then I was able to use my Apple ID to tie
myself to the account. I created my APN certificate so I should be
deploying iPads very soon finally
