I built a help desk access to our JSS to allow them to do some procedures in JSS.
When they login and send iOS Update Inventory management command, it will just sit there and show sending command.
It will not show command sent like our administrator account. We verified that this is access issue because when I move one of the help desk user over to the administrator account, they are able to send the command.
Do anyone know which access is missing that doesn't allow the help desk accounts to send the iOS management command?
