iOS Self Service

When I push apps via self service, users are prompted for their itunes ID/password.

If they inadvertently hit cancel at that prompt, it seems they can't install the app via self service. If they go back to self service and click on the app name, they get a self service message "your app install should begin shortly," but the prompt for apple ID never comes back, and the install never starts.

Is this a bug, or has anyone else ran into this, what do you instruct users to do?

I tried putting device to sleep and going back to self service, shutting device completely off, and signing into the app store on the device, and still no luck with self service.

This is 8.4 - plan to hopefully upgrade to 8.52 Friday.

You're not alone -- same issue here.
