I've got an iPad that is communicating fine with our server, but refuses to update the user. For some reason, when I click to Edit the user and search for this person's first.lastname it comes up with two results:

first.lastname
FIRST.LASTNAME

Both are the exact same aside from one being in all caps and the other being all lowercase.

When I go to Users, there is only one user in that database (the lowercase).

Any idea why it doesn't stick? The primary fallout of this is in utilizing the Classroom app, as the iPad no longer thinks it's the correct user coming from our PowerSchool sync and they can't monitor any of the students. We'd seemed to have success lately updating users successfully, which allowed us to return to using the full powerschool classes instead of having to create a manual class for every teacher for their one or two students that have hyphenated names that don't match.
