We recently came across 11 iPad Minis all running 9.3.5 and Apple Configurator 2 will not supervise them. Is there a location we can download Apple Configurator 1.x.x?
If they're running iOS 9, Configurator 2 should be able to work with them. Are they already setup and supervised by another instance of Configurator? You may want to try doing DFU restores.
