Iphone Enrollment Apple ID?

I would like to disable the Apple ID function, so that I don't get this displayed during enrollment. Under Prestige Enrollment -> General I have already deactivated it, but I still get it displayed.

Im Prestage Profil ist das immer ein wenig irritierend.
Kein Haken -> wird angezeigt
Haken -> wird nicht angezeigt
