I have a password policy setup to deploy to my users' iPhones that requires them to set a 6 digit pin. I required all users to set this prior to starting the user-initiated enrollment, which they did. All of my users enrolled successfully, however one user continues to be prompted to change his passcode. I walked through this with him to ensure he set up the passcode prior to enrolling, restarted his phone and his new pin works perfectly. After enrolling however, he goes through the process without issue, his phone appears in the inventory with everything successfully deployed, however continues to get the error attaches to change his passcode. We remove the profile several times and tried re-enroll. same issue, cannot figure out why his phone is asking to change the passcode when he's already compliant. ideas?
