If your looking for devices a specific app is installed on you can search for it under the mobile tab. Just change the drop down to Mobile Device Apps and type in the exact name of the app, it will return which devices it's on.
You can also do it with advanced mobile device searches - I use it to find people using "banned" apps on our network - like anything that can bypass our content filter ( open door, opera, etc ), and apps like After School where kids can anonymously bully other kids.
