we are facing issue with the IP address conflict in DB/dashboard from the client machine reporting to the server.
In our Scenario we have 8 different locations and with 8 distribution servers apart from this we have one master distribution point and one DB server. we have recently upgraded our casper suite to 9.63 to 9.81. The issue is, total of 705 client machines from different locations are having entries of same IP address, reported IP address displays the exact IP of the client but IP address column has the IP from different location machine, which is fetched by 705 client machines. The issue seems like, it has some DB issue after casper 9.81 upgrade, actual physical machine IP is not reflecting to the IP address column in the DB/dashboard.
Can anyone kindly help me in this to resolve this conflict issue.
