Jamf Admin App on DPs

Looking for confirmation on an issue with using the Jamf Admin app on mac servers that are distribution points. The Jamf Admin app works perfectly for file replication on my workstation or any other computer not used as a distribution point. On 2 of our DPs, I noticed that when using the app on said "server" the sync fails when trying to mount it's own smb share. For example:
Using Jamf Admin app on Server1
Invoking replication for the File Share DP on server2 completes successfully.
Invoking replication for the File Share DP on server1 fails.

Using Jamf Admin app on Server2
Invoking replication for the File Share DP on server1 completes successfully.
Invoking replication for the File Share DP on server2 fails

All share permissions are set properly, and I noticed when I try to mount the share locally on the server in question I get the error message attached.

I haven't found the concrete answer but did see an old reference that "Finder identifies smb://127.0.0.1 as a local filesystem and refuses to mount port 445"
