Jamf App Catalog & arch

Will the new Jamf App Catalog function install apps according to the architecture of the client?
I.e. arm64 on Apple Silicon and x86_64 on Intel Macs.

Or will that be either just one arch or arbitrary depending on what binary it might find at the download site of the app in question?

Ooooh, this is a super good question! I believe JAMF curates the app catalog so it will be whatever version has been approved for upload/deployment. If an app has both an approved arm64 and an x86-64 installer client, JAMF will determine which installer to deploy based on the computers inventory record [architecture type]. Now if the App Catalog doesn’t have an app installer for a scoped computer architecture, I don’t think the app will deploy.
