Our Jamf cloud instance (https://<xxxx>.jamfcloud.com/) has been down all morning following maintenance. Support is not responding.
Is anyone else unable to login to their cloud instance, and does anyone have a secret email address or phone number to get in touch with Jamf before Monday?

Our production and test instance is working fine, I believe you should contact Jamf Support.

I believe Jamf Cloud is like all other offerings, response time depends on your contract level.
Would ping them on Twitter too: https://twitter.com/jamfsupport
Not sure if you're close enough to spit-ball them...

I was able to reach support, and the instance seems to be up now. Thanks for your response!
