I've noticed that recently JAMF is unable to do GSX warranty lookups. I'm guessing this related to the recent upgrade to GSX by Apple.

$(UMake sure the account you use for JAMF is transferred over to the new GSX. I had issues also, the account I used did not transfer over.
Also, a GSX rep told me that all accounts now have API access to GSX...so we don't have to request it anymore.

Quick one, how did you get gsx access, here in UK I've been told you have to be almost like an apple authorised service provider!
It's nuts, we only want to do lookups, it would so useful..
Any thoughts?

GSX access is one of the defining features of being an AASP. The two are more or less synonymous.

You can also become a Self Servicing Account:

Need to have an ACMT on staff, but the certification exams are fairly easy and the access to info/tools/resources is extremely helpful/beneficial.
For at least a year, Apple has not been accepting new applications for AASP:

We have "GSX lite". You can have access to GSX without any of this, just ask your Apple rep.
