Apple officially deprecated and suggested against block-copy or monolithic based imaging as of 10.13.4 I believe. While it has worked in some fashion since then, Apple's official stance is those computers are not correctly provisioned.

While we ship Jamf Imaging as part of the Jamf Pro Installation, it is for backwards compatibility purposes only. Feel free to reach out to Jamf Support to speak about alternative methods for installing macOS at your organization. We should be able to find a supported method to get you rolling.
