Jamf Remote - Prompt for connection

Can anyone explain how I can setup that when using Jamf remote, users are being prompted to accept a connection that is incomming. Today if I try and connect to a mac by jamf remote, it just connects and the user get not any notification which of course is not OK for security and privacy reasons - can this be fixed in a setting somewhere?

Another thing: Sometimes It seems that jamf remote is not working with screensharing. Even the mac is online the screen newer comes up. I don´t know if it is only in my enviroment it does this(btw we are using Jamf cloud)

I am having same issue and the same concern as well for User approval before accessing the remote session

To expand on the above, if your account is set to the Administrator privilege set in your server, then you won't be able to make the permissions adjustment. You need to first change it to "Custom" in the Privilege Set drop down and then all the privilege checkboxes will become available to you.
