Hi All,
Im used to Jamf pro, where an update IOS command promts users to install IOS update, but allows them to reject. Im using Jamf school now and want to push a mass update to 150 devices, but im being advised not to for the the following reasons:
update will go through even if not connected to charger,
update will go through even if battery below 50%,
for these reasons our 3rd party support are advising it may result in mass failed updates requiring additional support. can anyone advise if this is correct/incorrect? The documentation is fairly sparse on info and unfortunately support have fed us incorrect info in the past.
