I am looking to implement MDM and therefore need to host a Jamf Pro Server and associated servers on AWS. I only need to be able to manage <50 iPhones initially but definitely need the functionality of Jamf Pro as opposed to Jamf Connect.
I am content that the EC2 instance for the Jamf Pro Server will need to be meet the Jamf Pro minimum operating requirements, namely, 8 GB of RAM and 150 GB of disk space. Is this realistic or indeed optimal, do I need more?
What requirements does the RDS need for Apache Tomcat/MySQL?
How much data can I expect to be transiting backwards and forwards to the Jamf Pro Server to/from each iPhone when conducting normal MDM activities?
Any other resources on designing/implementing this architecture would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks.
