We use Jamf but i was "forced" to look at LanDesk as a POC a few months ago.
Going in I was very biased but i ended up having a two hour call with their sales and technical team. It didn't go well.
Not sure how LanDesk performs with Windows (although that side didn't pass POC either) but the Mac support was terrible. Very much aimed at Windows guys wanting to manage MACS.
Their documentation was awful (downloadable Word docs in some strange medieval font) and they couldn't answer half my questions.
No native profile creation, you have to have a profile manager instance setup to create them and then, sign and upload to LanDesk.
Scripting awful, packaging awful.. and you still need a macOS server around for Netboot or profiles.
And finally, no macOS client for management... says it all really.
