To my knowledge there's no way to do this. The categories pages aren't standard html URLs perse, they are called by javascript functions I think, so you can't actually link to anything to go straight to them.
I would like to see JAMF recreate the Mac Self Service app to use more industry standard methods of displaying information. With the stuff that HTML 5 and related tools brings to the table, its time for JAMF to begin adopting more of that into their applications.
