When we have a student with a lost MacBook Air we initiate a lock from the JSS management tab. 95% of the time a "lost" MBA will magically reappear. On several occasions the students have tried to break the lock code, ultimately getting to the point in which the MBA is left with the message.
"YOUR DEVICE IS DISABLED. TRY AGAIN IN 60 MINUTES"
We have been unable to unlock these. Every time we try to wake the system it thinks that we have tried the wrong key again and shows "Wrong Password" then locks again for 60 minutes. Has anyone been successful with this?
