I've had two people report this recently. Anyone have any traction on how to troubleshoot or why this might be happening?

I had the same problem already two times! Very strange, very annoying..
Haven't found any solution or reason for this so far.

yeah i have seen it. Seems to go with OS updates on our end.

I saw when going from GA 10.12.5 to a Dev Release of 10.12.6. But I feel as though I saw in other GA updates as well.
