Managing Keynote Data in iCloud (Apple Business Manager)

Hello

One of our businesses has a requirement to start managing iCloud data and the sharing of this data. I was under the impression that this could be done within Apple Business Manager where you can create managed Apple id's.

Have i missed something here? Is this something that can be done with Apple School Manager but not Apple Business Manager.

Managed Apple IDs in Apple Business Manager are only for Apple Business Manager use.

Furthermore iCloud is not really meant for business use and it's not possible to get a DPA to comply with GDPR.
