I am having some trouble with a teachers MB Pro. We recently re assigned her one that once belonged to a former staff member and now it no longer shows any sign of communication with the JSS. It is in the right enrollment profile, scoped exactly the same as the rest of the teachers, yet no self service, or any other JSS controlled apps. Is there something wrong with wiping devices and re-issuing them?

try running
Sudo Jamf Policy
In terminal. I tend to have computers fall out of management. I recently started implementing Casper check by rtouton (Here). But it's the end of the school year so haven't gotten a chance to check it yet.
