Mobile config file not installing via JSS, but does manually

I am having issues with a mobile configuration file. If I drag the file to the desktop I can install it by just double clicking on it.

If I try via JSS....I upload the file as a configuration profile (Desktop > Configuration Profiles), nothing happens.

I'm sure it's something I am doing wrong.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Did you get this resolved? I have a similar issue....
