Mojave 10.14.4 update push through a policy

How is everyone pushing the 10.14.4 update in your environment? Right now I made it available in self-service, but I want to push it through a policy to users who still haven't updated.

Why not just leverage the softwareupdate command?

This will install the recommended updates available to the machine from Apple

softwareupdate -ir
